They make the complex task of customer interaction management easy with a loyal client base the envy of their competitors. They argue they are now at the most exciting time in their history with a new range of cloud-based, mobility apps that are proving to be a game changer across the CX-landscape. This has prompted the decision to approve the appointment of a Solution Sales Executive to help deliver on ambitious but eminently achievable growth goals.

Based in Melbourne (the preference) or Sydney, this is a hunting, new business development role that will enjoy the full support of in-house technical and delivery teams, proactive channel partners and an impressive list of referenceable customers in evangelising a proven SaaS solution for the times that captures, analyses and applies, in real time, insights from both structured and unstructured Big Data. You will be the first and primary customer point of contact selling into a defined sales territory and, as the door opening sales expert, work in deep collaboration with a crack Operations team to deliver a compelling value proposition that differentiates and customises the product portfolio to simplify the entire Customer Interaction paradigm.

This career opportunity is designed for an experienced, proven sales executive with a profile closely matching the following:

  • A track record of success in sales and distribution, over several years, in selling cloud-based Contact Centre/UC solutions to Mid Market/Enterprise customers;
  • A proven ability to hunt for new business, negotiate and close deals;
  • First class tender submission and proposal writing capabilities;
  • Proven ability to work with and through channel partners as well as Direct to market;
  • C-suite written, verbal, interpersonal, influencing, presentation and communication skills which set you apart from the rest.
