They make the complex task of customer interaction management easy with a loyal client base the envy of their competitors. They argue they are now at the most exciting time in their history with a new range of cloud-based, mobility apps that are proving to be a game changer across the CX-landscape. This has prompted head count approval for a Sales Executive to join their ranks and carve a career in this lucrative domain.

Based in Melbourne, this is a hunting, new business development role that will enjoy the full support of in-house technical and delivery teams, proactive channel partners and an impressive list of referenceable customers in profiling a proven SaaS solution for the times that captures, analyses and applies, in real time, insights from both structured and unstructured Big Data. You will be the door opening sales expert, working in deep collaboration with internal stakeholders and ultra supportive channel partners in helping to write the next chapter of this home grown Australian IT success story.

Our client is willing to train you up on their full solution suite and the profile we seek would be similar to the following:

  • A track record of success as an Outbound Telesales Executive but looking to take that next step to fully fledged, end-to-end field sales;
  • An interest in/natural aptitude for IT – perhaps gained from selling consumer IT and /or Telecommunications related solutions/products via the phone or in Retail outlets;
  • Familiarity with the whole SaaS paradigm and business model;
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand the relevant product positioning, features and benefits as well as the key market drivers for success in any IT product; and
  • The passion and drive to succeed – you are a self-starter with deep self-belief who truly seeks a career in the world of IT sales – prove it to us!
