Greg Tanna - Founder
Greg is Founder and Managing Director of Tanna Partners which he
established in 2004. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of
Sydney (Economics, Political Science and Psychology) is a member of the
CEO Institute and offers deep industry experience and expertise in the
dual industries of Executive Search & Selection and Customer
Contact Management.
Working originally in stock and futures
broking, Greg moved into financial services recruitment in 1994 where
he successfully established and managed what became a 7-strong
consulting team for the then industry leader – Morgan & Banks. In
1998, Greg directed his career towards executive recruitment
establishing a division dedicated to professional appointments within
the Customer Contact industry and he has consulted to this industry
vertical ever since, evolving with its increased complexity,
sophistication and prominence in mainstream business circles.
Greg
possesses an intimate understanding of the people, process and
technology idiosyncrasies unique to the Customer Contact industry, from
‘front end’ performance metrics to ‘back office’ technology adoption
and optimisation. He has been judge, speaker and author at/with leading
industry events and publications and runs independent Customer Contact
forums which promote information exchange in vendor neutral
environments. He is recognised as one of the leading executive search
and selection consultants specialising in the Customer Contact field
throughout the APAC region with a reputation for delivering results for
client and candidate alike.
Greg maintains that the Customer
Contact industry has much to offer in the way of long-term executive
career avenue and is passionate about adding value via delivery of a
professional, ethical and personalised recruitment consulting service.

| David O’Keefe - principal consultant
David is a Customer Contact industry specialist having operated
successfully within this niche industry for more than 20 years across
the APAC Region.
His commercial experience has broached all key
touch points within both in-house and outsourced contact centre
environments across core areas including ‘start-up’ operations, project
management, business process re-engineering and third party contract
management together with strong experience managing client
relationships and developing new sales channels. David has developed
and utilised his in-depth industry knowledge throughout Australia, New
Zealand and parts of Asia with organisations such as Access 24,
TeleTech, SITEL Corporation, OzEmail and Unwired, effectively becoming
an operations and change management specialist in recent years.
David
decided to direct his skills, knowledge and consulting abilities
towards a career in executive recruitment and has achieved much success
since making this transition. His understanding of the Customer Contact
people/process/technology equation, engaging manner, genuine empathy
for both clients and candidates and ethical approach to all business
dealings are the outstanding attributes which make him a first class
recruiter and essential part of the Tanna Partners team.
On a
personal note, David has an Advanced Management Diploma and is
currently pursuing a Master of Commerce in Business at Macquarie
University. He is an accredited football coach having a senior coaching
licence with Football Federation Australia and runs/owns a private
coaching academy, which includes regular football tours to Europe
through UK-based sports tour company “Cambrian Academy Sports Tours”.

| Angelika Radevska - principal consultant
Angelika has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours in Psychology) from
the University of Western Sydney and is a Human Resource Management
& Consulting professional with more than a decade of commercial
experience covering Executive Search & Selection (primarily in the
IT&T field), Interim Executive Management and Strategic Resource
Planning & Advisory services.
Angelika’s commercial wares
were honed when operating her own business not long after university
graduation. She has applied that “street-wise” edge and customer
centric approach throughout her career and achieved success across
several vertical industries including Banking & Finance,
Professional Services, Travel, Marketing and, in her more recent years,
Executive Recruitment.
Angelika has managed executive
contracting books of up to 50 contractors across disciplines of Project
Management, Business Analysis and the entire ICT spectrum. A measure of
her success was evidenced in Qantas awarding Angelika and her
recruitment team the “IT Supplier of the Year” and she was later
invited to take up an in-house position. Joining the organisation’s IT
Strategy and Planning group, she helped to develop an IT resourcing
strategy and ‘managed services’ model, showcasing her understanding of
the complexities associated with large scale vendor management.
Angelika was also invited to take up a post with engineering firm,
Sinclair Knight Merz, as part of the program team to devise and
implement a global, enterprise-wide Client Relationship Management
strategy.
Having worked in global corporations and small
companies alike, and with both in-house recruitment and agency
experience, Angelika’s skills and knowledge are a value-add complement
to Tanna Partners’ core competence of Executive Search & Selection
and Executive Contracting to the APAC Customer Contact industry. Her
penchant for innovation, uncompromising business ethics and
professionalism in all business dealings explain the success she has
enjoyed throughout her consulting career and she is a valued member of

| Michael Lappen - director of search
Michael has operated in the ICT Industry for over 35 years with notable
positions held including Chief Executive Officer of Co-Cam, Wang (now
Getronics) and Maxi Multimedia, as well as Board Member and Advisor
with several other ICT companies. He holds an MBA, Diploma in Business
Studies (Accounting & DP), ACIS, AAIM, FSSE and is a member of the
Who’s Who of International Professionals.
Michael’s sterling
corporate career was built on strong foundations in Business
Development, M&A, Financial Control, Strategic Marketing/Alliances,
Project Management, Outsourcing and Software Development. It is perhaps
his genuine passion and enthusiasm for people, however, that has made
him such a successful and popular figure in Corporate Australia.
Michael’s
Board experience covers both Public and Private domains and his ongoing
appointments equip him with constantly refreshed expertise in:

Michael
has participated in many Australian Industry initiatives in Europe,
Asia and the US. He has also led many Trade Delegations and been
invited to speak at related conventions. More broadly, he has delivered
over 200 Presentations and Keynote addresses to conferences run by ICT,
Finance, Contact Centre, E- Commerce and Project Management groups.
With
such a strong track record of executive achievement, passion for people
and intense interest in how Customer Contact may be improved though
intelligent people, process and technology management, we were
delighted when Michael agreed to join Tanna Partners as Director Of
Search. His personal network of 12,000 executives, intuition for smart
